Room was nice size; staff was very accommodating immediately when we realized we had a toilet water tank issue; Mgr came up and fixed it easily by turning knob behind toilet. Breakfast and room cleaning staff were very nice and did a good job. Lobby is attractive and comfortable to sit and read.

A few suggestions: Hooks in the bathroom to hang up towels to be used again would be nice; No extra pillow available for the pull out couch; phone wasn't working in Rm 207 even day 2 after reporting it; No safe in the room; otherwise it was perfect, bed was very comfortable, clean room and it was serviced while we were out which many hotels don't do anymore. Very conveniently located to Saratoga Springs for the SPAC Jazz Festival without the high price of a hotel in town which wasn't available anyway. Short ride.

The staff were super kind and the managers were excellent about making sure that guests were enjoying there stay! The rooms were very nice and up to date with new appliances and furniture.

The staff was kind, especially Mandi from the breakfast & hotel staff, she was super nice. The room was extremely clean, large, modern, convenient, and clean. There was a smart TV in the room. Nice pool and hot tub that you can relax in after a day of travel and hiking. The hotel's breakfast was fantastic. Location is good: 12 minutes drive from downtown Saratoga, 1 minute away from Starbucks and Panera Bread.

The breakfast was quite good. There's something for everyone- eggs, cold cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, bread/toast, bacon or pork sausages, and my personal faves- a mini waffle maker and fruit. There are 3 types of juice, water, tea and coffee, and the staff there (and throughout the hotel, really) are phenomenal. Also, there are various restaurants within walking distance, including Starbucks, Panera Bread, Jersey Mike's, Five Guys and a pizza shop.

Many selections available; making a fresh waffle is always a real treat! I appreciate yogurt and fresh fruit being available.

Breakfast was good. Nice variety. Appreciate having coffee 24/7 and that it was very hot.

The breakfast staff were incredible. The women working were bending over backwards to help everyone. The front desk crew gave us a great lunch recommendation when we arrived. Very early this morning I was hoping to take a swim and the staff was happy to open it up a few minutes early. Very kind.
